When it comes to decaffeinated coffee, there are a number of factors that separate the good from the bad. Rest assured, your decaf coffee is in good hands with us. At Just Coffee Cooperative, we not only pay close attention to the flavor but how your coffee becomes decaffeinated as well.
A smooth, rich, medium-blend of decaf coffee. The beans you’ll find in this coffee go through a fully washed process and then are decaffeinated using a special technique that utilizes CO2. The coffee originates from our grower partners at Asociación Chajulense Va'l Vaq Quyol in Guatemala. These beans were grown just under 4,000 feet (~1,200 meters) meaning they are naturally sweet and smooth, but you may also experience some nutty or even chocolate notes.
