The beans from Sidama Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union and FAPECAFES go through a fully washed process making the notes you taste more vibrant. The beans from Permata Gayo Cooperative go through a semi-washed/wet-hulled process which is a hybrid method that allows for bold sweetness to prevail as you enjoy your morning cup of coffee. Delighting your taste buds with a superb bright profile, wonderful notes of floral and sensational hints of berry.
