A new addition to the Just Coffee roast family, these beans from the Kiyego farming region of Western Rwanda tops the charts of our current offerings (according to our newly certified in-house Q Grader!). Rich with notes of black cherry and milk chocolate, it's basically romance in cup - and who doesn't need a little more love in their lives?!
Centered around a new washing station in the Kigeyo region of western Rwanda, KODUKAK is a new member of the well-established COOPAC co-op. KODUKAK is compromised of 990 farmers (651 male and 339 female) and specializes in fully washed Bourbon heirloom coffee-- one of the most prized strains of arabica coffee. Coffee communities making up KODUKAK are focused near and around Lake Kivu-- one of the Great Lakes of Africa.
