Colombia Organica

We’re bringing a sensational, single origin coffee back to our lineup. It’s an astonishing coffee that exceeds the high standards of Colombian coffee beans. It has a rich aroma and an unbelievably good flavor that will make you want to brew another batch.

This medium roast comes to us from our farming partners at ORGANICA in Colombia. They reside in the Popayán, Cauca region of the country. It’s a tightly knit group of roughly 104 friends and neighbors that are separated into 13 groups, and share roughly 60.58 hectares. They are an amazing partner who works diligently to develop resilience against climate change and maintaining quality of their production. With notes of almond, butterscotch and caramel corn, it’s a coffee that will be near impossible to set back down once you’ve taken your first sip.

We're honored to be working with a grower cooperative that not only focuses on improving their beans year in and year out, but one that prioritizes the families that work within this tightly knit group. Help support these amazing people by getting yourself a bag of their coffee!
