The beans that make up this medium roast blend come from two separate regions of the world. A portion of the beans hail from our farming partners in COMSA and the others coming from La Central Cooperativa Las Diosas. The beans from COMSA go through a honey process whereas the beans that come from Las Diosas are fully washed. Combining these two popular processes brings out earthy, honey and hoppy notes and one that will deliver an excellent body with each cup you brew.
