Natural Ethiopia Sidamo

This is coffee is the fruit of a new relationship coffee from Bona-- a primary co-op in the family of our friends at SCFCU in Ethiopia. We've had their coffee before and we are big fans. We're excited to continue this relationship and look forward to getting to know the farmers of Bona better. 

We are thrilled every time we get an opportunity to roast natural processed coffee from the Sidamo region as it is always one of the most dynamic coffees in our limited single-origin lineup.

Natural processing means the fleshy part of the coffee fruit, called the coffee cherry, surrounds the bean during the drying process, resulting in a highly aromatic cup with strong fruity and chocolatey flavors up front. This coffee delivers, even offering some additional complex notes of strawberry, cream, and mango
