The holiday season is all about giving and Just Coffee is proud to announce we will be partnering with FairShare CSA Coalition this year to give back in a big way with the help of our holiday giving blend, Peace on Earth.
The work that the team at FairShare CSA Coalition does is so important to ensuring our community stays healthy while also supporting the backbone of a strong food system, the farmers. Donations to FairShare support organic, small-scale farms and the families they feed through Community Supported Agriculture (CSA). FairShare provides education, training, and resources to help local farms thrive, and connects consumers - regardless of income - to fresh, nutritious food through CSA with the Partner Shares Program. They are working to create a more inclusive and equitable food system for farmers and consumers alike, and a gift to FairShare is a direct investment in expanding access to locally produced food in your community.
This medium blend combines beans that were derived from different regions of the world, bringing together the yields from two incredible farming partners to produce a coffee that tastes out of this world good. The lightly roasted beans come to us from our friends at COMSA in Honduras while the darker roasted beans hail from ASOANEI in Colombia. This coffee presents notes of citrus from the onset, but gives way to a delightful cinnamon flavor that brings about a feeling of coziness. Perfect for the cold, blustery winter months ahead.
For every 12 oz. bag of Peace on Earth sold, a portion of the proceeds will go directly to FairShare CSA to help make Wisconsin a healthier place for all. Join Just Coffee in giving back this holiday season and making everyone’s holiday a little bit brighter.
