Winter Seasonal: Cabin Fever

From the artwork that will catch your eye to the beans that make up this terrific blend, our winter seasonal, Cabin Fever, is a truly special cup of coffee. The days of dreading winter are behind you, start looking forward to every morning when you have a bag of this coffee on hand.

Cabin Fever is a dark blend with earthy, smoky notes and a hint of cedar. The beans that make up this terrific blend come from our amazing farming partners in Honduras and Guatemala. For this particular blend, we decided to use two different lots from our partners at COMSA. The first one combined with the lot from Guatemala has gone through a fully washed process which allows the intrinsic flavors of the bean to shine through. The second lot from COMSA went through a honey process which gives your beans a flavor profile similar to that of natural-processed coffees, but with a lot less of the acidity. The combination of these coffees mimics the darkness of the shorter days ahead. However, when you enjoy this coffee rather than going stir crazy, you may feel a sense of comfort and warmth.

Cabin Fever is a coffee you can count on to not only wake you up, but to bring a smile to your face. There’s no need to wait for the next snow storm, get your hands on a bag while you can.
