Revolution Roast

The beans in our Revolution Roast come from one of the most impressive organic production systems in all of Central America. Combining traditional agricultural techniques with modern knowledge allows COMSA to produce beans that are truly remarkable.

Revolution Roast is a single origin, dark roast coffee consisting of 100% arabica beans that go through a fully washed process. This means the beans themselves are brighter and give off an enhanced and fruiter acidic flavor. The best way to describe the notes are complex with a smoky, dark chocolate undertone. A real smooth consistency that’s not too sweet.

Roasting dark can be difficult process. Luckily, we’ve got a dedicated team who has worked to perfect this process and knows how to roast your beans to its optimal level. They produce a bean that creates a full-flavored, smooth taste. Now is the time to rise up and enjoy our Revolution Roast.
