Winter Seasonal: Cabin Fever

If you’re not a big fan of the cold, winter can feel like it drags on forever. Sometimes all we need is something we can cozy up and relax with. If this sounds like you, then you need to try our Cabin Fever.

Cabin Fever is a dark blend with earthy, smoky notes and a hint of cedar. The beans that make up this terrific blend come from our amazing farming partners in Ethiopia and Nicaragua. The darker-roasted beans come from a newer grower partner in Nicaragua and the lighter from our friends at Sidama Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union. The new partners from Nicaragua are from the San Sebastian de Yali, Jinotega region where the single most important economic activity is agriculture. A region that is 100% educated on the production of coffee and cattle.

Cabin Fever is a coffee you can count on to help you get through the long winter months. It’s a coffee that gives you the feeling of being cozied up next to a warm fire with a delicious coffee in hand while the snow is falling and the wind hollowing right outside your front door. No need to wait for the next snow storm, get your hands on a bag today!
