Not all decaf coffee is created the same. If you ask Just Coffee fans, they will tell you that ours is out of this world good. When we create a decaf coffee, we focus on the flavor and ensure that everything in the process is done correctly so your coffee palate is pleased with every sip.
This is the dark version of our single origin, decaf coffee. The beans that make up this coffee come to us from our partners at Asociación Chajulense Va'l Vaq Quyol in Guatemala. A decaf coffee that is ever-so-slightly smoky and spicy that has gentle hints of chili powder and black pepper. It may catch your palate by surprise, but surly will add to your enjoyment. To decaffeinate our coffee, we don’t use harsh chemicals. Instead, the coffee is repeatedly immersed in supercritical CO2 which pulls the caffeine out into the soaking water producing a cleaner, crisper-tasting decaf coffee.
This is the perfect choice for you if you want a cup of coffee to enjoy in the afternoon or evening, if you want to create your own half caff at home, or if you need to just slow down on your caffeine intake.
