Give winter the bird one cup at a time with Early Bird, our spring seasonal blend. When freshly poured, this coffee contains a strong fruity acidity with big notes of  dried cherry, blueberry, & milk chocolate.

This blend of light roasted washed coffees from Colombia and Rwanda as well as a naturally processed coffee from Ethiopia. The coffee brings out the spirit of spring with it's bright presence and evolving flavors.
